Global Ethos Initiative (GETIN) is a dynamic non-governmental organization committed to youth mentorship, leadership development, and the cultivation of strong Character, Attitude, and Behavior (CAB) among young people. At the heart of our work is the CAB Mentorship Program, a monthly initiative designed to educate and guide brilliant young individuals across business, politics, governance, climate action, and societal development. By pairing mentees with experienced mentors whose values align with GETIN’s ethos, we create a new generation of ethical, skilled, and visionary leaders. Through strategic partnerships with government bodies, community stakeholders, and international networks, GETIN combines hands-on mentorship, knowledge sharing, and practical engagement—including conferences, workshops, media initiatives, and cultural activities

GETIN’s programs are designed to provide comprehensive learning and development opportunities for young people. These include mini-trainings, short courses, and advanced certification programs in areas such as business ethics, tech ethics, healthcare ethics, environmental ethics, leadership, compliance, and data ethics. Each program is structured to equip participants with practical skills, ethical knowledge, and professional competence that can be applied across multiple sectors. By offering a range of foundational and advanced courses, GETIN ensures that youth at different stages of their personal and professional development can access relevant guidance and mentorship.
The CAB mentorship program complements these courses by tracking mentee progress through quarterly conferences, public engagement activities, and publications. Its goal is to nurture a new generation of leaders who demonstrate strong character, attitude, and behavior, guided by experienced mentors. With the support of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and professional operational planning, GETIN is actively expanding its reach—growing its mentee base, establishing mentorship centers internationally, and positioning itself as a leading institution in youth development and ethical leadership worldwide.
